Determining eligibility relies on the 2023-2024 FAFSA and adheres to general requirements 用于支付经济援助，包括课程选择数正如一般信息. For students who received the maximum Pell disbursement for both Fall and Spring and are eligible for an additional summer disbursement, you must be registered for at least half-time (6 credit hours) of eligible courses during the summer.

If you didn't receive the maximum Pell Grant for Fall and Spring, maybe because you registered for fewer 比全职 courses, you could still be eligible to receive the remaining Pell Grant disbursement during the summer semester. 这甚至适用于 if you're enrolled in as few as 3 eligible credit hours.

Students must be registered at least half-time to be eligible for loans:

If the maximum loan amount for the student’s grade level is received during the fall and spring semesters, no loan funds will be available for the summer term

Current federal work study students that are not enrolling in courses for the summer
